About the role

  • Provide clinical care as part of the primary health care team: health checks, chronic disease support, immunisation and first response.
  • Lead health education and prevention activities in communities.
  • Be a cultural bridge between the clinic and community, supporting culturally safe care for every patient.

About you

  • Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Practice) and AHPRA registration, or working toward it. Training support is available.
  • Strong connection to community and commitment to community control.

This is an identified position for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Local applicants from the homelands are strongly encouraged to apply.
